- To cancel ..Click ‘Profile’
Select ‘My money'
In the ‘My pre-approved payments’ section, click ‘Update'.
Select the merchant (Video Hero) whose agreement you want to cancel and click ‘Cancel’.
Click ‘Cancel Profile’ to confirm your request - We'd love to know why you cancelled or get feedback and maybe entice you to stay :)
