Because all our videos are seen by a Producer before you watch them, you will only ever view polished videos with accurate captions.

Nine times out of ten are clients do not ask for any revisions, which means they can publish their videos faster.

Yes. You probably have zoom interviews, webinars, YouTube and Facebook Videos that you could turn into shorts and get more mileage out of them by publishing on multiple platforms.

You need to show up wherever your customers are.

NB. If your videos have music on them you would need to supply the file without the music in order for them to be re-edited.

Firstly, to make an impact you need to be posting regularly.

We will give you ideas for videos but here are some tips:

• Allocate a few hours 2x a month to shoot a batch of videos in one go. 
• Have an area set up for filming permanently if space allows. Even a well lit webcam set up will be enough. This means you just need to power up and shoot.
• Make videos by documenting aspects of your everyday life that has relevance to your audience. You always have your phone with you so capture on the go.
• Remember short-form videos can be just one single idea or learning point, they do not need a lot of preparation. 
• Re-purpose! If you have existing YouTube or Facebook videos, online courses, talks, webinars etc we can choose highlights, add some editing sparkle and turn them into audience attracting shorts.

We will deliver the first draft of your video within 48 hours of receiving your footage. 

We edit Mon-Fri, so if you submit a request on a Friday then it will be delivered on a Tuesday (but we always aim for sooner).

Public holidays are not included as working days so please submit requests in good time.

Please tell us if a video needs to be prioritised, for example if it is hot news and needs to get online fast we can send it back within 24 hours. (Business days)

We cannot accept liability for late delivery in the case of technological failures, staff absence or late submission of revision requests.

We don't, uploading is very easy (just ask if you don't know how), but if you need us to manage your uploads, then drop us a line and we can come up with an additional plan.

Please note: TikTok prioritises showing your content to where you are located (ie. to where you upload from) so you need to publish from wherever your core audience is and not outsource to someone in a different location.

You can self-cancel anytime by using the customer hub link in your invoice.

There are no refunds for partial months, but you will not be billed again after cancelling. 

You can also request to pause you subscription and resume at a later date.
