You can request up to three renders per final video. For example, you may want a version with no music to use trending audio provided by the social network, or have an alternative call to action. This is optional.

Firstly to make an impact you need to be posting regularly.

We will give you ideas for videos but here are some tips:

• Allocate a few hours 2x a month to shoot a batch of videos in one go. 
• Have an area set up for filming permanently if space allows. Even a well lit webcam set up will be enough.
• Make videos from everyday life and find relevance to your audience. You always have your phone with you so capture on the go.
• Shoot multiple videos at an event or meet up to 'drip' out over a few days.
• Remember short-form videos can be just one single idea or learning point, or even a dance, they do not need a lot of preparation. They are quick to film.
• Re-purpose! If you have existing YouTube or Facebook videos, online courses, webinars etc we can choose highlights, add some editing sparkle and turn them into audience attracting Video shorts.

We will deliver the first draft of your video within 24 hours (sometimes sooner). If you submit a request on a Friday then it will be delivered on a Monday.

Public holidays are not included as working days so please submit requests in good time.

We cannot accept liability for late delivery in the case of technological failures, staff absence or late submission of revision requests.

No, sorry we don't for a reason. Some platforms like TikTok prioritise showing content to where you are located (ie.where you upload from) so it is best to upload wherever your core audience is.

Also your social accounts are precious, it is safer for you to retain full control of your logins and not risk being flagged for 'unusual activity' when someone logs in from a different IP address.

Sorry no this is an online service. You shoot the videos and supply any b-roll you own (we can provide stock footage if you don't have footage).

You can self-cancel anytime up to 5 days before your next payment is due by using the customer hub link in your invoice.

There are no refunds for partial months, but you will not be billed again after cancelling. 

You can also request to pause your subscription and resume at a later date.
